Addressing persistent sleep problems with a healthcare professional is a crucial step in maintaining healthy aging and longevity. These symptoms often point to underlying conditions that require targeted treatment. Sleep protocols optimize a healthy schedule, but they cannot cure clinical sleep disorders.
